Hi Manuel, how would you describe yourself in a few words?
"I am a coffee machine enthusiast and I am also very persistent. My colleagues describe me as a jovial person full of energy!"

How long have you been part of Torréfactorie? How did you end up here?
"I have been working for Torréfactorie for 3 years. I fell in love with the kindness of the clientele and the passion for coffee that I share every day with my colleagues."

In what field do you specialize and why this choice?
"I studied operations optimization in industrial engineering in Montreal, because I was an engineer in Cuba."

Where does your passion for coffee come from?
"I started to discover the magic of coffee when I arrived in Canada, 14 years ago."

If you had to choose just one coffee for the rest of your life, which one would it be? And why?
"I would say the Espresso Italien 2.0: it is rich in cocoa, nuts, and slightly spicy. It is a perfect blend for espresso and works just as well in a cappuccino or a latte."

And your biggest dream, the one you hold closest to your heart?
"To continue learning in the field of coffee machine repair; I learn something new every day."
