IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is offered everywhere in Canada on orders of $45 or more. Other shipping options for orders under $45, as well as for orders destined outside Canada, will be calculated at checkout. Rates will vary depending on the delivery address, as well as on the volume and dimensions of the order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

All orders are shipped within one business day, from Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed before noon, Montréal time, will be shipped the same day. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED?

We use the following carriers, without being limited to them, to ship our orders:

• Canada Post
• Nationex
• Others

PRODUCT FRESHNESS AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

For shipments, coffees are roasted upon receipt of the order in order to maximize product freshness.
