The Rocket RE Doppia is a commercial dual-boiler espresso machine for specialty coffee shops and high-volume bars: an independent PID-controlled stainless steel coffee boiler and a pressure transducer-controlled steam boiler feed fully saturated groups.

Programmable volumetric dosing and pre-infusion per group, 4.3-inch TFT display, dry steam via insulated wands, and adjustable drip tray for tall cups. Available in 2 or 3 groups, in 220 V. Handmade in Milan by Rocket Espresso.
