The Rocket Giotto Fast Type V is a manual heat exchanger espresso machine, recognizable by its cubic body and polygonal side panels. Its FAST active-heating E61 group head makes it ready in 12 to 15 minutes: mornings start with an espresso, not waiting.

1.8 L copper boiler PID-regulated, OLED display with shot timer, dual pressure gauge, and 1.8 L reservoir: you can brew espresso and steam milk at the same time. Handmade in Milan, based on a design by Valerio Cometti+V12 Design.

The actively heated FAST E61 group head has the Giotto ready in 12 to 15 minutes. The first espresso arrives before the first coffee of the day is over.
