The Rocket Bicocca is the flagship model of the Rocket home range: a dual-boiler manual espresso machine with a geometric design by Valerio Cometti+V12 Design. A 3.5-inch touchscreen allows for programming two recipes (volume, pre-infusion, duration), ensuring every espresso is identical.

Two stainless steel boilers (0.5 L for coffee, 1.5 L for steam), an electrically heated group head with PID control, and a rotary pump: it is ready in 8 to 10 minutes. 1.8 L reservoir or direct water connection, dedicated 20 A circuit. Handmade in Milan, available in stainless steel or black.
