The Lelit Bianca V3 is a dual-boiler manual espresso machine for those who want to master every extraction. Its paddle, on the L58E group, adjusts the water flow while the espresso is pouring: a gentle infusion at the start, then full pressure, by hand.

0.8 L stainless steel boiler for coffee and 1.5 L for steam, rotary pump, three pressure gauges, and a 2.5 L tank that can be moved to three sides, or direct water connection. Designed and manufactured in Italy by Lelit, it is offered in chrome, white, or black.

During extraction, you turn the paddle on the L58E group head and the water flow onto the coffee changes. A gentle infusion at first, then full pressure, by hand.

Two stainless steel boilers, 0.8 L for coffee and 1.5 L for steam, work at the same time. The water tank can be placed on three sides, or the machine can be plumbed in.

Three pressure gauges track the pump, the steam and the actual pressure at the group head. The Low Flow and Brew Temperature functions round out the adjustments, with wooden accents.
