With the La Composition de Jay blend, not only will you make a change, but you will quickly discover all the subtle and bold aromas of this coffee blend. On one hand, it features Brazil Santos coffee with its nutty notes and chocolatey subtleties. We can also distinguish the freshness of the coffee and its sweet aroma coming from the Earl Grey tea sweetness of the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. And we finish on a high note with the grain originating from India, the Monsooned Malabar, with its spicy and salty edge.

This composition offers notes of salted peanuts with a magnificent sweet finish. A blend that will awaken everyone's taste buds!

Coffee origins: Brazil Santos - Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - Monsooned Malabar

Suggested roast: 7.5 to accentuate the spicy aspect of the blend and 8 to highlight the salty aspect of the blend. It is by no means necessary to increase the roast for this blend, which is intended to be very smooth and subtle on the palate.
