Privacy policy

The connector reads the QuickBooks Online accounting data of Torréfactorie and 9107-0557 Québec inc. (financial statements, accounts, transactions, invoices, and customer and vendor records, which may include names, addresses and contact details), solely for the company's internal management. It runs on the administrator's computer with no server or database; access tokens are encrypted in the macOS Keychain, and data is not copied elsewhere except in reports the administrator chooses to save. Data requested by the administrator may be processed by the Claude AI assistant from Anthropic PBC (United States) under that provider's terms. No data is sold or shared for commercial purposes; reports may be sent to the company's advisors (accountant, bank) at management's request. Access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks (Settings → Connected apps). Intuit's privacy policy applies to data held in QuickBooks.
