Terms of use

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms govern the "Torrefactorie Interne" application (the "connector"), built and operated by 9335-4652 Québec inc., doing business as Torréfactorie, for its own use and that of its affiliate 9107-0557 Québec inc. Only Torréfactorie's management may use it; it is not sold, distributed or offered to other businesses. The connector reads the companies' accounting data (reports, accounts, transactions, customers, vendors). It creates or changes an entry only after the administrator explicitly approves that entry, and it never deletes data. The administrator remains responsible for approved entries. The connector is provided as is, without warranty; QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc., and the connector is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. Access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks (Settings → Connected apps) or with the connector's disconnect command. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
