Interview with Roxanne

Hi Roxanne, how would you describe yourself in a few words?
"I am a creative person who always has plenty of ideas and projects in mind."

How long have you been part of Torréfactorie? How did you end up here?
"I’ve been with the Torréfactorie team for 2 years now. I applied after my business management studies, with the intention of opening my own café one day and gaining the best experience in the field."

Where does your passion for coffee come from?
"When I was 4 years old, my grandfather let me taste my first coffee. My parents were always against me having coffee with my breakfast, but they weren't surprised when I said I would open my own café one day."

If you had to choose just one coffee for the rest of your life, what would it be? And why?
"I would always choose an iced latte with oat milk as my first choice. It’s refreshing and a comfort drink at the same time."

And your biggest dream, the one you hold closest to your heart?
"Obviously, I dream of opening my own café-bistro, but I would particularly like to have a coffee food truck that would allow me to participate in events or travel while sharing my passion for coffee."

Finally, if you could share a message with our customers, what would it be?
"You will always be able to enjoy an excellent coffee at Torréfactorie."
